PAYMENT
Payment will be accepted by check, money order, or credit card only. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Cheryl Chickey and sent to Cheryl Chickey’s All American Performing Arts Center, 1825 West Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. If paying by credit card please call 610-865-0145 and have your credit card information available. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
INFORMATION
When sending payment please include costume identifying information including item, description, and size. If calling with credit card information please have costume identifying information readily available.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping & Handling, and tax (if applicable) is included in price listings. If picking up costume/apparel directly from the studio, please call for an adjusted price.
NSF
There will be a $20.00 charge for any return checks. Bad checks may be subject to the Bad Check Restitution Program for Lehigh County, PA.
